These terms cover use of FosterScope and the rankings it publishes. FosterScope is run by BrightMaker Labs Ltd. The rankings are free to read.

Scores can change when the method changes
The rankings are built on a published method that we improve over time, and scores can change when it does. Scores come with no guarantee. Treat them as an indication, not a certified rating. When we change how we measure, we still show each change in score, and say beside it that part of the change comes from an update to our method, as the methodology page sets out.
What you can do with them
Reading, citing, and linking to the rankings are welcome. Indexing by search engines and AI assistants is welcome too, since being findable is exactly what we measure. You can download the published rankings as a file, and use them if you name FosterScope as the source and give the month and a link. What these terms don’t grant is bulk-downloading the data behind the scores or republishing the scores as your own product. For any specific use beyond that, ask first.
Not advice
The rankings measure findability. They aren’t advice on fostering, procurement, or anything else, and you shouldn’t rely on them as if they were.
